Board Advisor

Laura Gertrude Sample, born on April 5, 1948, in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, is a retired physical therapist. She married Gary Coykendall on September 26, 1970, and they spent years together during Gary`s 22-year career in the US Navy. Laura worked as a physical therapist as they moved across various states, having three children and now enjoying four grandchildren. Since retiring, they have resided in Texas since July 2023, staying active in pro-life work, prayer, and supporting charitable organizations in India, Pakistan, Uganda, and Nigeria.

Bishop Bruno Muhindo Sikiryamuba

Spiritual Animator

Bishop Bruno Muhindo Sikiryamuba, born on September 18, 1976, is a seasoned educationist and clergyman. His educational journey includes institutions like Ecole Primaire de Kasindi, St. Mary`s Seminary in Fort Portal, and Uganda Martyrs University. With diverse expertise from teaching to Rwenzori development, he retired in April 2022. Fr. Bruno has served in the Church, ordained as a deacon in 2011 and as a priest in 2012 by Bishop Tom Kiiza Sibayirwa. His commitment extends to Christian Workers Bible School and various church ministries.

Born on 26th October 1990, Jolly Muhindo Nyabahasa is a known philanthropist who has dedicated most of her time helping refugees in different refugee camps of Uganda. A mother of 3 sets of twins Jolly is known to have sacrificed a lot of time and resources supporting widows and orphans whom she brought together to form RWOEI. She is the founding mother of RWOEI With her nursing experience of 7 years Jolly has championed the medical care establishment of GMMC which is using as a tool of reaching out to save many from abortion. Her practice as a refuges nurse under Medical Teams international, has opened her selfless service to the most marginalized people as believes in her call of service beyond self.Jolly works as RWOEI programs officer as well as in charge of the proposed GMMC project that is to help with the medical needs of our beneficiaries. Masereka Richard
Masereka Richard

Executive Director

Masereka Richard is a renowned pro-life activist committed to empowering and advocating for marginalized widows and orphans. With a deep passion for the disadvantaged, Masereka played a key role in founding RWOEI, contributing to its formalization and overseeing partnerships. As a professional driver and social worker, he has served as a Programs Officer and Team Leader for RWOEI and currently holds the position of Secretary to the Board. Masereka`s dedication continues to make a significant impact in his efforts to uplift the lives of the vulnerable.

Kihembo Wilbert
Kihembo Wilbert

ICT Manager

Born on June 26, 1999, Kihembo Wilbert is a passionate international Disability Rights Advocate and a skilled software engineer by profession. Engaging with disabled people`s organizations globally, he actively contributes to shaping inclusive policies. Currently, he serves on the Amaani Fund as a panelist and holds the position of Youth Representative at the Commonwealth Disabled People`s Forum (CDPF). Kihembo`s commitment reflects a relentless pursuit of equality, marking him as a leader in advocating for a more accessible and inclusive world, both in his advocacy work and his professional endeavors as a software engineer.

Anna Lee Campiglia
Anna Lee Campiglia

Anna Lee Campiglia, born Aug 1, 1980, is a local volunteer in her community and abroad. She is better known for her involvement in RWOEI as a resource mobilization volunteer since 2019 to the present day. She delights in seeing others happy and healthy. Anna greets her sponsor daughter with love and compassion. She dreams of a day without poverty and a lifetime of people without sickness. She`s dedicated to bringing awareness and resources to the marginalized communities.

Kitalibara Joseph
Kitalibara Joseph

Board Member

Born 5-8-1990, Kitalibara Joseph serves as an executive director at J. R. Smith success motivation initiative and Tour operator at Josnet Safari Tours and a computer scientist by profession. He supports widows, orphans, young mothers and disadvantaged persons to train in different on hand skills for self reliance and development.
